Polyvalent technical officer M/W/X

Main duties
 Carry out simple maintenance and repair work (electricity, plumbing, DIY)
in mobile homes, buildings and installations according to the procedures in force
 Participate in the upkeep, maintenance and development of the common areas of the
of the campsite according to the procedures in force (sanitary facilities, aquatic area, premises,
green areas)
 Maintain the equipment made available to the teams
 Delivering/picking up/cleaning comfort options (fridges, garden furniture)
 Repairing/preparing/maintaining bicycles and electric cars for hire
rental
 Respecting the rules of hygiene and safety

Skills required
 Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing techniques
 Knowledge of basic DIY techniques
 Knowledge of basic bicycle maintenance
 Knowledge of health and safety regulations
 Careful and concerned about customer satisfaction
 Strong work ethic and team spirit
 Professional experience in the same position appreciated

Cleaning agent accommodation M/W/X

Main tasks
 Ensure the cleaning and tidying of the mobile homes between each client
 Ensure the maintenance of the common areas
 Maintain the equipment made available to the teams
 Respect the hygiene and safety standards
 Remove sheets and towels from the mobile homes
 Help manage the linen stock
 Check the supply of hygiene products
 Identify and report malfunctions and damage to furniture and equipment

Main duties
 Checking reservations and completing administrative formalities related to the arrival and departure
of holidaymakers
 To welcome holidaymakers and accompany them to their place of stay (mobile home,
pitch...)
 Provide information on the park’s accommodation offer and make a reservation
 Ensure that the holidaymakers’ stay goes smoothly, respond to specific requests and
remain at their disposal
 Present the tourist offers and book the various internal or external services
(bike hire, kayak, canyoning, tree climbing, etc.)
 Carry out current administrative operations and tasks (collection, invoicing, etc.)
 Communicating with the technical and cleaning teams to ensure that the accommodation is in good condition
of the accommodation
 Carry out the daily cash closing
 Manage conflicts and customer complaints

Skills required
 A sense of welcome : smile, availability and listening to holidaymakers
 Concerned about customer satisfaction
 Rigour in administrative management
 Good knowledge of IT tools (e-mail, Office suite)

Main duties
 To ensure that the workstation is set up
 Ensure the design of the dishes on our restaurant/snack menu (meats, fish, pizzas,
salads, sandwiches, burgers)
 Manage the stock of ingredients needed to make the dishes and pizzas
 Maintain the equipment provided to the teams
 Carry out the maintenance and cleaning of the workstation, utensils, equipment and
and storage areas in compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)

Required skills
 CAP/ BEP cuisine appreciated

Main tasks
 Ensure the commercial relationship with the customer, transmit any remarks
 Ensure service in the snack restaurant according to the company’s standards and procedures
 Take orders and advise customers on their choice
 Ensure good communication with the bar and kitchen team
 Ensure a reasonable waiting time between each dish served
 Proceed to the cashing up
 Maintain the equipment available to the teams
 Knowing perfectly the products and drinks on the menu in order to sell them better but also
better manage allergies
 Maintain and clean the workstation, utensils, equipment and storerooms in compliance with
equipment and storerooms in accordance with HACCP standards

Required skills

Main duties
 Organize the different activities adapted to the children of the mini-club 5/12 years old and to the
nationalities (French, Dutch, British, German, Spanish...)
 Ensure the safety of the children at all times
 To ensure the relationship with the parents of the children and teenagers
 To animate and organise various sports tournaments and activities (football, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, etc.)
